notes

They are pre-numbered
·
First copy will be with Dialog, 2nd
copy will be used as Data Copy and 3rd copy will be the Proof of Delivery Copy
(POD)

Will be done in the next working day to
the door step.

Returned Bills
·
Packages that were not delivered due to
various reasons will be handed over within 2 working days

BILL DELIVERY – CORPORATE/VIP/GROUP

Service procedure
·
At the time of receiving the bills from
Dialog, each VIP/ Corporate & Group bill will be recorded using BAR CODE
Readers.
·
Bills will be sorted according to the
area and each bill will be manifested using bar code reader ( Bill Dispatch)

Bills with re delivery information will
be delivered on the next working day

Service procedure
·
The Account Number of each bill handed
over will be recorded by using BAR CODE readers. (Bill Received List)
·
Number of bills handed over to each
courier will be recorded using bar code reader. (Dispatch List ) Control check
will be performed to match bills received & bills dispatched. Bills will be
delivered to the printed address.
·
A delivery sheet will be used to obtain Name.
Signature of the Receiver and Date of Delivery.

Time of Delivery
·
All the above category bills will be
delivered within 5 working days from the final day of dispatch
Ø
Returned Bills
·
Detail relating to bills returned, will
be forwarded to Dialog.
·
Bills returned due to Door closed or
Unable to Locate will be posted while bills returned with other reasons will be
handed over to Dialog within 2 days of final Delivery.

Delivery Information
·
Complete delivery information will be
given to Dialog within 3 working days after final delivery.
·
Re Delivery when a re-direction is
given such re-directed bills will be delivered within one day.
